Who We Are
PlexiSystem is a Polish manufacturing company specializing in comprehensive plastic processing. Since 2012, we produce acrylic (PMMA), PET-G, polycarbonate and other material products for B2B clients across Poland and the European Union.
Our production facility is located in Nowy Dwór Wejherowski, in the Pomeranian region. We have a modern machinery park including CNC routers, CO₂ lasers, HP latex printer and specialized bending, polishing and bonding equipment.
We work with leading brands — premium drugstore chains, global cosmetics brands, Eveline, Ziaja and many others. We handle both single prototypes and large-scale orders.

From a small workshop to a modern production facility
Foundation
PlexiSystem is established. Production of simple acrylic products begins - stands, frames, small advertising elements. First CNC router.
Machinery Expansion
Purchase of first CO₂ laser. Offer extended to include precise laser cutting. First larger orders from retail chains.
Major Brand Partnerships
Start of cooperation with premium drugstore chains. Purchase of HP latex printer. Introduction of direct-to-acrylic printing.
Facility Modernization
Purchase of second Kimla BPF 2131 CNC router with 2100×3100mm working area. Investment in Bermaq AMT diamond polishing.
Renewable Energy
Launch of photovoltaic installation powering production. First step towards facility energy self-sufficiency.
