These are notes from a plant that has been cutting, milling and bending acrylic since 2012 — not a content marketing exercise. Where a number appears, it comes from our own production: bending thresholds, tolerances, shelf load capacity, sheet thicknesses we actually keep in stock.
Most of these articles answer a question a customer actually asked us: whether to cut or mill a part, what thickness a shelf needs, why one lightbox costs twice as much as another.
