Types of LED Lightboxes

Single-Sided Lightbox

The most popular type

Graphics visible from one side only. Ideal for wall mounting, shop windows, or as interior decor elements. Thickness: 40-120mm.

Best for: Building facades, entrance signage, shop windows, reception areas, conference rooms.

Double-Sided Lightbox

Visible from both directions

Graphics visible from both sides - ideal for pylons, totem signs, and shopping mall aisles. Requires adequate depth (80-200mm) for even illumination.

Best for: Roadside pylons, totem signs, shopping malls, train stations, airports.

Slim Lightbox (Ultra-thin)

Minimal profile 20-40mm

Modern ultra-thin design using edge-lit technology with LGP (Light Guide Panel) for even light distribution. Perfect for premium interiors.

Best for: Premium interiors, restaurants, hotels, menu boards, elegant showrooms.

Edge-lit vs Back-lit

Edge-lit (Side Lighting)

LEDs placed on the edges of the lightbox. Light distributed through LGP panel.

  • Thickness from 20mm
  • Lower energy consumption
  • Elegant, minimalist look
  • Ideal for smaller formats
  • Even illumination up to ~1m

Back-lit (Rear Lighting)

LEDs evenly distributed across the entire back panel.

  • Thickness from 80mm
  • Very high brightness
  • Ideal for large formats
  • Even illumination at any size
  • Easier LED maintenance

LED Color Temperature

  • 3000K (Warm white) - Cozy atmosphere, restaurants, hotels
  • 4000K (Neutral white) - Universal, natural colors, most common
  • 6500K (Cool white) - High brightness, industrial, warehouses
  • RGB / RGBW - Changing colors, special effects, events
