What thickness of acrylic to choose for displays?

Thickness depends on application. For guards and displays most often 3-5 mm, for display cases and shelves 5-8 mm, for CNC machine guards 8-10 mm. We will advise during quote.

Can I pick up order in person?

Yes, our facility is located in Nowy Dwór Wejherowski near Wejherowo (Pomeranian Voivodeship). Personal pickup after prior arrangement — 627 km from Kraków.

Do you handle retail orders or only wholesale?

We handle both types. Single pieces to size (e.g. shelf, guard, sign) are our daily routine. Larger series (50+ pcs.) we quote with discount.

Can I order acrylic with UV printing?

Yes — we print directly on acrylic (CMYK + white). Minimum 1 EUR net/pcs. For opaque acrylic (white, black, colored) we print only from visible side — printing from back would be invisible.

Does acrylic scratch?

Yes — PMMA has hardness of approx. 95-105 MPa (Hv), scratches easily with sharp edges and sand. That's why we deliver with protective film on both sides (we remove only after assembly). Minor scratches can be polished with Acrifix paste or disc polisher.

What colors of acrylic do you have in permanent offer?

Clear, milky (opal), opaque white, black, smoke, mirror (silver/gold), translucent colors (red, blue, yellow, green, orange). Also available are fluorescent acrylic (edge-glow) and with satin effects. Most colors in stock — quote 24h.

How thermally resistant is acrylic?

PMMA: working range -40°C to +80°C (without deformation). Above 80°C it starts to deform, thermal forming occurs at 150-170°C. For applications at higher temperatures (e.g. guards near griddles, lamps with high heat) we use polycarbonate PC — withstands up to 130°C.
