How long does it take to make a custom display case for Łódź?

Clear or milky acrylic for display cases?
Clear (transparent) — when you want the exhibit visible from every side (museum, collectible and exhibition cases). Milky (opal) — when the case should glow from within (LED, edge-lit) or when it is viewed from one side only. Black or white — a contrasting background for the exhibits.
Can the display case have LED lighting?
Yes — we fit 12V LED in the case lid (top lighting, best for sculptures and figures), in the side panels (edge-lit effect) or in the base. Available colours: 3000K (warm), 4000K (neutral, most true to colour), 6000K (cool, best for metallic/chrome).
Does the display case protect exhibits from UV?
Not as standard — we use clear acrylic. On request we order GS cast acrylic with a 99% UV filter (blocks fading of pigments, paint, wood and fabrics). We recommend it for exhibits of historical, artistic or collectible value (Citadel, Hot Toys, coins, books, stamps).
Can the display case be locked with a key?
Yes — magnetic catches (hidden, opened from inside), cylinder key locks (furniture standard), or insurance-certified Securemme locks (for collections worth 50k+ PLN). Doors can be hinged, sliding or top-opening.
How do I protect exhibits from humidity inside the case?
A closed display case protects against dust (95%) and humidity (95%). For demanding exhibits (wood, fabrics, paper) we add silica gel in the base (1 sachet per 6 months) or micro-ventilation with a humidity sensor (premium museum cases).
