Tak — uszczelniamy containers silikonem hydraulicznym (atest do kontaktu z wodą pitną, np. Soudal Silirub Aqua). Pojemnik wytrzymuje słup wody do 30 cm bez przecieków przez 12+ miesięcy. Dla większych głębokości (akwaria) — project indywidualny z acrylic 6-10 mm i podwójnym uszczelnieniem.

Czy pojemnik wytrzyma obciążenie z góry?

Acrylic 3 mm wytrzymuje punktowo ~10 kg, acrylic 5 mm ~25 kg, acrylic 8 mm ~60 kg na powierzchni 200×200 mm. Dla pojemników na ciężkie elementy (śrubki, narzędzia, kosmetyki w szkle) używamy acrylic 5-8 mm. Dla przegród wewnętrznych — 3 mm is sufficient.

Czy mogę zamówić pojemnik z pokrywą na zawiasach?

Tak — zawiasy acrylic/akryl (cięte laserowo z grubszej acrylic) lub zawiasy meblowe (mosiężne, stalowe). Zatrzaski magnetyczne dyskretne. Dla pojemników biurowych preferujemy pokrywę uchylną na zawiasach acrylic (eleganckie, bez metalu).

Czy containers są spawane czy klejone?

Klejone klejem chemicznym dwukommonentowym Acrifix 192 (UV-curing) — szwy są niewidoczne, krystaliczne, wytrzymałość połączenia większa od acrylic (zerwanie poza spoiną). Dla wodoszczelnych dodatkowo silikonujemy spod kątem od środka.

Howie kolory pojemników?

Clear (klasyk — pokazuje zawartość), milky (delikatne ukrycie zawartości), czarna (premium, kontrast), biała (kuchenne, łazienkowe), translucentne kolory (zielona, niebieska — dekoracyjne). Dno może być kolorowe a ścianki bezbarwne (efekt kontrastu).

Is an acrylic container watertight — will it hold water?

Yes — we seal containers with hydraulic silicone (certified for contact with drinking water, e.g. Soudal Silirub Aqua). The container withstands a water column up to 30 cm without leaks for 12+ months. For greater depths (aquariums) — custom project with 6-10 mm acrylic and double sealing.

Will the container withstand load from above?

3 mm acrylic withstands point load ~10 kg, 5 mm acrylic ~25 kg, 8 mm acrylic ~60 kg on a 200×200 mm surface. For containers holding heavy items (screws, tools, cosmetics in glass) we use 5-8 mm acrylic. For internal dividers — 3 mm is sufficient.

Can I order a container with a hinged lid?

Yes — acrylic hinges (laser-cut from thicker acrylic) or furniture hinges (brass, steel). Discreet magnetic latches. For office containers we prefer a tilting lid on acrylic hinges (elegant, no metal).

Are containers welded or glued?

Glued with two-component chemical adhesive Acrifix 192 (UV-curing) — seams are invisible, crystal-clear, bond strength greater than acrylic itself (failure occurs outside the joint). For watertight containers we additionally apply silicone at an angle from the inside.

What colors are available for containers?

Clear (classic — shows contents), milky (subtle concealment of contents), black (premium, contrast), white (kitchen, bathroom), translucent colors (green, blue — decorative). The bottom can be colored while walls remain clear (contrast effect).
