Solid, not hollow — and that is the whole point
A logo block is machined from a single slab of cast acrylic. No glued panels, no seams, no hollow interior. That is what gives it weight in the hand and depth in the edge.
Clear
Glass-like clarity, cast PMMA. The logo is printed on the back face and read through the material, so the ink sits under 10–30 mm of acrylic — protected from scratching and given visible depth.
White
Opaque white. The logo is printed on the front face, because nothing shows through an opaque slab. Maximum contrast for a one-colour mark and the safest choice for legibility.
Black
Opaque gloss black. Printed on the front face, usually in white or a light colour. The polished edge picks up light against the dark body, which is the whole effect.
Thickness 10–30 mm
10 mm for flat desk pieces and plaques, 20 mm as the everyday brand block, 30 mm when it has to feel heavy and stand upright on its own. Other thicknesses on request.

The edge is the product
On a solid block there is nothing to hide behind. The edge is what people see first, and it is where cheap work shows.
Diamond polishing, not flame
We finish edges on a diamond polishing machine, which cuts a true optical surface. Flame polishing is quicker and cheaper, but on thick material it rounds the arris and leaves internal stress — visible as haze under a spotlight.
CNC, because laser fails here
A CO₂ laser is the right tool for thin sheet. At 20 mm it cuts a tapered, slightly scorched edge — so blocks are milled on our Kimla CNC instead. Straight walls, square corners, then polished.
Printed from behind, on clear
On clear acrylic the artwork goes on the back face, mirrored, and is read through the block — the ink ends up behind the material instead of exposed on it, so it cannot be scratched off and the block gains depth. White is laid over the colour last, as backing. On white and black slabs the print goes on the front, because an opaque body shows nothing from behind.

A single mark on a heavy slab, repeated across every store or showroom in a chain. Ordered in runs of a few hundred, with one prototype approved first.
Awards and recognition pieces
Upright blocks, either free-standing or set into a black base. Printed with the event, the year and the recipient — or left blank if you are having the engraving done separately.
Counter and display cubes
Small solid blocks used as risers, price holders or point-of-sale markers. Cut in quantity from one sheet, which keeps the unit cost low on larger runs.

One thing worth knowing before you specify: the cost of a block is driven by how much material it uses, and that is driven by area, not by how clever the shape is. A small clear block is inexpensive to make; the same design at twice the size, or in 30 mm instead of 10, is a different product commercially. If your budget is fixed, tell us the number and we will tell you what size and material fit inside it.

Questions we get asked
What exactly is a logo block?
A solid slab of cast acrylic, cut to size, with all edges polished and your logo printed on it — on the back face when the material is clear, on the front when it is white or black. It is used as a brand object on a counter, desk or shelf. Unlike a display case or a stand, it holds nothing — the block itself is the object.
Is the block solid or hollow?
Solid. It is machined from one piece of cast acrylic. Hollow versions glued from thin sheet exist and cost less, but they show seams at the corners and never have the same weight or edge depth.
Why not laser-cut the blocks?
Because a CO₂ laser cutting 20 mm material leaves a tapered, slightly burnt edge — the cut is wider at the top than the bottom. That is fine on thin sheet and wrong on a block whose edge is the whole point. We mill blocks on CNC and polish afterwards.
Clear, white or black — which should I choose?
Clear if the depth of the material is meant to be the effect and your logo is a strong solid shape — the print goes on the back and is read through the block. White if legibility matters more than transparency, or the block will stand against a busy background. Black for a darker, heavier look where the polished edge does the work. On white and black the print is on the front.
Which side is the logo printed on?
On clear acrylic — the back, mirrored, so you read it through the material. That protects the ink from wear and gives the mark visible depth; white is printed over the colour afterwards as a backing layer. On white and black acrylic the body is opaque, so nothing would show through: there the print goes on the front face.
Which thickness should I order?
10 mm for flat pieces that lie on a desk or hang as a plaque. 20 mm is the usual brand block — enough weight to feel solid, still economical. 30 mm when it must stand upright unaided and read as a premium object. Above 30 mm ask us; it is possible but the material starts to dominate the price.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. We regularly make single awards and one-off desk pieces. The unit price falls with quantity because setup and sheet use are shared — the meaningful breaks are usually around 50, 300 and 500 pieces.
Can you print in more than one colour?
Yes. UV printing handles full colour and gradients. For a single-colour logo, one colour is the cheaper and usually the better-looking option. On clear material, printed in reverse, the white backing goes on last — over the colour, not under it.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes. Most of our block work goes to customers in Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. EU delivery is typically 48 hours from dispatch; we quote carriage with the piece price so there are no surprises.
What do you need from me to quote?
Three things: the finished dimensions, the quantity, and the logo as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG). If you do not know the size yet, tell us what the block is for and we will suggest one.
