Cut to Size Acrylic Sheets

We stock cast and extruded PMMA acrylic in clear, opal (diffused white), black, and a range of standard colours. We also carry PET-G, polycarbonate, polystyrene (PS), and ABS sheets. Special colours and grades (fluorescent, mirrored, anti-glare, UV-filtering) are available on order.

Standard acrylic thicknesses range from 1mm to 20mm for laser cutting, and up to 50mm for CNC milling. Common thicknesses in stock: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 15, and 20mm.

For laser cutting, the maximum size is 1300x1000mm. For CNC routing, we cut up to 2100x3100mm from a single sheet. Full-sheet supply (2050x3050mm standard format) is also available without cutting.

Cast acrylic has better optical clarity, higher scratch resistance, and produces better flame-polished edges when laser cut. Extruded acrylic is more uniform in thickness and better suited to thermoforming. For most cut-to-size applications, we recommend cast acrylic.

Yes. Laser-cut edges on PMMA are flame-polished directly from the cut. For CNC-cut edges, we offer diamond polishing to achieve optical-grade transparency. Bevelled and chamfered edges are also available.

Yes. We drill mounting holes, countersinks, and slots as part of the cutting process. Specify hole positions on your drawing or we can advise on optimal placement.

Panels are shipped with protective film intact, stacked flat, and packaged in cardboard with foam separators. We ship via courier throughout the EU. Large orders are palletised.
