What is the maximum acrylic thickness you can laser cut?
We laser cut acrylic (PMMA) up to 20mm thick using our 100-150W CO2 laser. For thicker materials up to 50mm, we use CNC milling.
What tolerance can you achieve with laser cutting?
Our CO2 laser achieves a cutting tolerance of +/-0.1mm, which is sufficient for most commercial and industrial applications.
Do laser-cut edges require polishing?
No. CO2 laser cutting melts the acrylic, producing a flame-polished, glossy edge directly from the cut - no sesecondary finishing needed.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, DWG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), and PDF vector files. Files should contain vector outlines at 1:1 scale.
What materials can you laser cut besides acrylic?
In addition to PMMA acrylic, we laser cut PET-G, polystyrene (PS), ABS, and various other thermoplastics. We do not laser cut polycarbonate as it produces poor edge quality.
What is the working area of your laser?
Our laser working area is 1300 x 1000mm. For larger parts, we use CNC routing with a working area of 2100 x 3100mm.
How fast is your turnaround time?
Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Express 24h turnaround is available for urgent projects at an additional cost.
Do you ship laser-cut parts internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the European Union and worldwide. Flat-packed acrylic parts are safe and economical to ship.
