CAD design and visualisation
Based on the brief we prepare a 3D project in Fusion 360. You receive a product visualisation, a technical drawing with dimensions and a material specification. At this stage we make any revisions and optimise the construction for the production technology.
Prototype and approval
For new projects we produce a prototype that you can review in person at our workshop or have shipped by courier. The prototype lets you evaluate the dimensions, manufacturing quality and functionality before launching production. This is the stage to fine-tune every detail.
Production run
After prototype approval we start production. Each batch undergoes quality control — we check dimensions, edge quality, material clarity and correct assembly. Standard lead time is 5-15 working days, depending on complexity and order size.
