What is the minimum order quantity for displays in Wrocław?
We start from 1 piece — a prototype or a single project. Larger runs (50+) come with a dedicated discount. For runs of 100-500 pcs. the price drops by 30-50% compared with a single piece (less material waste, optimised production time).
Do you design the display yourselves or do I need a ready design?
Both options. A client with a ready design (DXF/PDF) — we just produce it. A client without a design — describe the function, shelf dimensions, number of facings and branding — we design it in Fusion 360 and send a 3D render for approval before cutting.
How many days to make 100 displays for Wrocław?
A run of 100 pcs. of typical displays: 12-15 business days. A run of 500 pcs. with UV printing and assembly: 18-25 days, with deliveries planned in stages. Express (shorter lead time) — 25% surcharge.
Do you deliver the displays assembled or flat-packed?
For runs over 50 pcs. they are most often snap-fit or CamLock assembled — the client assembles them in 2-3 minutes without tools. For single units — we deliver them assembled. The decision depends on logistics (pallet vs courier parcel).
Can I add LED to a display?
Yes — we fit 12V LED strips (3000K/4000K/6000K), a power supply and a switch. Edge-lit (glowing edges of engraved graphics) — a premium effect. LED price: from 80 PLN net per display (power supply + 1 m strip).
