PET-G is approved for food and pharma contact under EU Regulation 10/2011, and it is tougher and less brittle than acrylic — ideal for trays handled daily. We also produce trays in PMMA (acrylic) where optical clarity or rigidity matters most. Thickness range 2–10 mm.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
From 1 pc as a prototype. Series typically start from 50–100 pcs, with a better unit price at higher volumes. We run everything from single samples to multi-thousand production batches.
Do you ship across the EU?
Yes. We ship across the EU — including Germany, Scandinavia, the Netherlands and France — via DPD, DHL and GLS. Trays are packaged to protect edges and pusher mechanisms in transit.
Can you match our planogram / shelf dimensions?
Yes — trays are made to order. Send us your shelf depth, facing width, product packaging dimensions and planogram and we build the tray around them. Example single-tray footprints run 395 mm and 495 mm deep; double/tiered versions are built to your gravity-feed or facing spec.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 10 working days for a series. Prototypes are faster. Larger repeat runs are scheduled with the client.
What are the manufacturing tolerances?
Laser cutting: ±0.1 mm. CNC milling: ±0.05 mm. This precision keeps pusher channels smooth and trays interlocking correctly on the shelf.
Can you brand the trays (custom / OEM)?
Yes. Trays are fully custom / OEM — we add UV print branding, printed graphics, logos and product callouts directly on the acrylic or PET-G. We also produce unbranded custom channel trays (korytka) as series components for other manufacturers.
What is a gravity-feed shelf pusher?
A gravity-feed shelf pusher is a slanted tray where products slide forward under their own weight instead of (or alongside) a spring pusher. Good for canned, boxed or bottled FMCG products where a slope keeps the facing full automatically. We build the angle and channel width to your product.
